Interstate Roofing – Family Owned Since 1988

Established in 1988 by Mike Satran, Interstate Roofing has grown and changed over the decades from a one man show to a well-recognized, award winning corporation serving the roofing replacement, repair and maintenance needs of the Portland/Vancouver Metro area. Interstate is a full service roofing company specializing in not just residential and commercial roofing, but also in the dry rot repair and gutter needs that oftentimes accompany a roof project.

In 2009 the company moved to the next generation. Daughter, Shelley Metzler and Son, Brad Satran, took the reins of the business to continue the standing commitment of excellence founded by their father. This dynamic duo has grown the business further by focusing on the company’s goals of safety, customer service and quality.

Born and raised in Portland, Shelley and Brad made a major commitment to sustainability by making the decision to recycle roofing debris, rather than adding to our area landfills. Having an in-house transportation division has given Interstate unparalleled flexibility. Interstate Roofing recycles thousands of pounds of debris every year.
